Our trusted reputation is built on our core values of quality craftsmanship and excellent service.
We’ll work with you to ensure your memorial sensitively reflects those remembered, whilst conforming to the regulations required by the particular churchyard or cemetery authorities.
We know choosing a memorial for a loved one is an emotional process, which should not be rushed. That’s why we provide a personal service as we craft a fitting memorial that reflects your wishes and memories.
This includes advising on all elements of your design, offering guidance in choosing the type of material, shape, texture, colour and lettering whilst keeping in mind the final location for each memorial.
We’re a proud member of the National Association of Memorial Masons, and on the Register of Qualified Memorial Fixers, which underlines our commitment to trusted service and craft ability.

Spencer Wix – an award-winning stonemason
Since training in Bath, Spencer has enjoyed over 23 years working with many different types of stone and producing the finest quality handcrafted memorials.
As well as assisting in designing and creating personalised memorials for your loved one – such as a headstone, plaque, or vase – Spencer can also add to an existing memorial to achieve an exact match with the existing inscription.
Spencer’s talent for producing quality work led to three national awards in 2006, which were presented by HRH Princess Royal.

Elliot McDonald-Crocker
I started my apprenticeship with Spencer in 2016. I had no knowledge of the craft but I was eager to learn. It’s no regular 9-5 job, every day is different and it’s that variety that keeps things interesting. From painting, to digging holes, to moving heavy stones uphill in a churchyard. Spencer has kept me on my toes and has taught me how to produce quality memorials. I find it very rewarding that what I do matters. I take a lot of pride in our work, and I’m not sure what I’d be doing now if I hadn’t come across Spencer’s vacancy. Working on headstones and meeting some of our customers has given me a lot of insight to the value of life. Working here, I’ve learned a lot about stones, a lot about people, and I’ve learned a lot about myself.
